Where does the data come from?

We index and organize publicly available professional information—such as conference agendas and speaker bios, company websites, press releases, and other public references—and keep source links so you can verify everything.

We do not provide or sell private attendee lists or non-public registration data.

What do "Inferred" and "Signals" mean?

"Inferred" and "Signals" are probability-based classifications generated from public context (e.g., role wording, topics, company activity, and related references).

They're meant to help you prioritize research and outreach, not as guarantees. Always verify important details via the source links.

Can I change my plan anytime?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your Billing / Subscription settings.

Upgrades typically take effect immediately.

Cancellations stop future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period (unless otherwise shown at checkout).

Plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

What payment methods do you accept?

Paid subscriptions are processed via Stripe. We generally accept major credit/debit cards, and available payment methods may vary by country.

For Enterprise, we can arrange invoice-based billing.

Is my data secure?

We use encryption in transit and standard security controls to protect accounts and platform data.

BioLeader Hub is not intended for storing sensitive personal data. Please avoid uploading confidential or sensitive information.

Do you offer refunds?

In general, fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

If you believe you were billed in error, contact us and we'll review the case. If you requested immediate access at checkout, you may be asked to acknowledge a waiver of certain cancellation rights where applicable.

How often is your database updated?

We update the database continuously as new conferences are announced and public pages change. Update frequency can vary depending on source availability and site changes.

Pro and Enterprise plans provide higher limits and expanded features (e.g., exports), not a guarantee of "priority access" to updates.

Do you sell personal data / attendee lists?

No. BioLeader Hub does not sell personal data or private attendee lists, and we don't provide non-public registration data.
