Terms of Service
By using BioLeader Hub, you agree to these terms.
1) Agreement
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service.
2) The Service
BioLeader Hub is a directory and research interface that indexes and organizes publicly available professional information and provides source links for verification.
The Service may include search, filters, tagging, lists, and limited exports depending on plan.
The Service may also generate analysis outputs (e.g., tags, summaries, inferred categories, signals, clustering, rankings, or trend indicators) to help users navigate information and support internal research workflows. Analysis outputs may be probabilistic and may be inaccurate or outdated; you should verify important information via source links.
3) No sale of personal data
We do not sell personal information as a standalone product or provide personal data for resale. The Service is a directory and research interface that points to public sources and provides tools to organize and analyze information for internal research.
4) Accounts
You are responsible for your account and all activity under it. Do not share credentials broadly or use the Service in a way that undermines plan limits.
5) Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans provide access to certain features and usage limits of the Service. You are purchasing a subscription to platform functionality, not ownership of any underlying third-party content.
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed by a payment provider (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
- Prices may change with prior notice, and changes will apply at the next renewal where permitted by law.
- Taxes may apply depending on your location and will be shown at checkout if applicable.
- If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend or downgrade access until payment is resolved.
Cancellation
You can cancel renewal at any time via your account billing settings (or by contacting privacy@bioleaderhub.com). Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively cancel already-provided access for the current billing period.
Refunds
All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were billed in error, contact privacy@bioleaderhub.com with your account email and relevant invoice details.
6) Plan limits & fair use
Plans may include limits (views, exports, features). You may not bypass limits, create automated extraction, or use multiple accounts to avoid restrictions. We may use technical measures to enforce plan limits (e.g., rate limiting) and may suspend accounts that attempt to bypass them.
7) Permitted use & restrictions
The Service is provided for your internal research and workflow purposes. The Service is licensed to you (not sold). Use is limited to your internal business research and workflows within your organization.
You agree not to:
- resell, publish, distribute, or make available to third parties substantial portions of the Service, listings, or exports;
- build or enhance a competing database/directory using the Service;
- use the Service for unlawful profiling, harassment, or privacy-invasive targeting;
- use automation to extract content at scale or to bypass rate limits.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. LISTINGS, TAGS, AND SUMMARIES MAY BE INACCURATE OR OUTDATED AND SHOULD BE VERIFIED VIA SOURCE LINKS.
9) Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT.
10) Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend/terminate access for violations or security reasons.
11) Changes & notices
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice (e.g., by email or in-product notice). Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
12) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
